.

*TOP TIP* As the night temperatures drop and overnight frosts will soon be with us, don’t forget to protect your irrigation systems by draining all of the water out of the sprinkler heads, valves and pipes so they don’t freeze and crack during the winter months.
It’s worth overhauling old heaters now too so they’re good and ready when you need them most. Check your gas bottles are full in readiness for the cooler nights ahead. If you haven’t already got a heater for your polytunnel, autumn is the ideal time to consider purchasing one. http://www.firsttunnels.co.uk/subcategory.asp?catid=3
Check your cover and make repairs if necessary using polythene repair tape. from just £2.50 a roll, it’s always a good idea to have a roll on one side for those unforeseen emergencies. Fingers crossed, you won’t have to use it! http://www.firsttunnels.co.uk/subsubcategory.asp?catid=127
