Grow your own drugs

I loved the series and it’s great to have a reference on hand in the form of this DVD. The book is good too but I prefer the DVD where I can see just how James works his magic. For those who missed it, this is a series of easy recipes from ethnobotanist James Wong on how to make simple creams, salves, teas and lots more from the plants growing in your garden. James has recipes to help relieve a whole range of conditions – acne, cold sores, general aches and pains – plus great ideas for beauty fixes too.
